Adrienne MitfordNortheast Region Vice Chair Candidate
Adrienne Mitford is a physical therapist who works in the Pennsylania public school system with children with disabilities. She first became active in the YRs after the Presidential Inauguration in 2001.
Adrienne has been Chairman of the Dauphin County Young Republicans since January 2004. In June 2004, she also became Executive Director of the Pennsylvania YRs (PAYRs). Currently, Mitford is leading an effort for the PAYRs to educate people about the President’s plan for Social Security Reform.
Adrienne served as the Dauphin County Volunteer Coordinator for Bush-Cheney ‘04 and the Dauphin County YP4W Chair. This effort brought Young Professionals outside of the Young Republican group to work together for the reelection of our President. A key player in getting volunteers for campaign projects on and before Election Day; she worked countless hours and sleepless nights with the Bush Campaign to get the job done!
Additionally, she has volunteered on many local, state, and national campaigns – regularly working with the senior party throughout Pennsylvania.
Born in Florida, Adrienne moved to Maine in the fifth grade. She attended the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Adrienne has lived in Pennsylvania for the past six years.
