Tim Kolpien, National Co-Chair Candidate
Tim Kolpien has been involved in dozens of political campaigns at all levels of government. Since 1988, he has held virtually every possible campaign position in races from village board to U.S. Congress and Presidential primaries.
In 1997, Tim founded Kolpien & Associates, a multi-faceted political consulting, marketing and public relations firm based in Corning, New York. Kolpien & Associates has helped over 70 candidates, committees, business organizations, and advocacy groups gain an advantage over their opposition. The firm specializes in message development and grassroots development for political candidates and private interests.
Before founding Kolpien & Associates, Tim served as campaign coordinator for Congressman Amo Houghton's successful 1994 and 1996 campaigns. He has conducted more than 20 campaign training seminars and workshops for political candidates and committees and has appeared as a guest political television commentator.
Tim's community service record includes service as the Corning City Republican Committee Chairman, chairing the Staff Parrish Relations Committee at Grace United Methodist Church, and service on the Board of Directors of the Child Care Center at Christ Church. He and his wife Lori are co-coordinators of the 2005 Vacation Bible School at Grace United Methodist.
After serving in the United States Army, Tim was graduated from St. Bonaventure University. He and his wife reside in Corning, New York with their three children. His hobbies include military history and ice hockey.
